Nash Dental was created by three partners with a shared vision: to build a dental practice where exceptional care, genuine relationships, and an outstanding patient experience come first.
We believe patients should be treated the way we would want our own families to be treated, with empathy, honesty, transparency, and the highest standard of care. That means taking the time to listen, explain your options, and help you make informed decisions without pressure.

Founding Partner

Dr. Nathan Nitsopoulos

Dr. Nathan Nitsopoulos founded Nash Dental with a simple belief: dentistry should feel different. Combining clinical excellence with a thoughtful, patient-centered approach, he is committed to creating an experience rooted in trust, transparency, and genuine care. Driven by a passion for continuous learning and modern dentistry, Dr. Nathan focuses on helping every patient feel comfortable, informed, and confident in their care.

Known for his calm and approachable demeanor, Dr. Nathan believes exceptional care starts with trust. He takes the time to listen, educate, and ensure every patient feels comfortable and confident in their treatment.

Founding Partner

Dr. Aisling O’Connor

Originally from County Tipperary, Ireland, Dr. O’Connor earned her Bachelor of Dental Science from Trinity College Dublin before gaining valuable experience in a busy private practice in Ireland. She relocated to Ottawa in 2019 and has spent the past seven years caring for patients in the Kanata-Stittsville area. Passionate about all aspects of dentistry, she is committed to providing thoughtful, comprehensive care that supports long-term oral health.

Known for her compassionate and reassuring approach, Dr. O’Connor has a special interest in helping anxious patients feel comfortable and confident throughout their dental journey. She believes the best outcomes come from building lasting relationships, educating patients, and creating personalized treatment plans that inspire healthy, confident smiles. Outside the clinic, she enjoys running, playing soccer, travelling, and spending time with her husband Nathan, their son Cillian, and their dog Rue.

Wesley Smith

Wesley is a seasoned business owner and leader with a successful track record of building dental practices. With over 10yrs+ in the business of dentistry, Wesley has proven to be a difference maker in dental operations. Wesley was a key Partner/Owner (and COO) of a start-up clinic that opened in 2017 in Stittsville. The spa meets dentistry concept was wildly popular but what made a lasting impact was the team that was built and the community connection. Prior to that, Wesley was a part of other successful practices in the Ottawa area. In 2019, Wesley was awarded the Faces Magazine – Entrepreneur of the Year award.
An Ottawa native (in the West End) Wesley has strong networking connections and ties to the business community. He co-founded the Stittsville Business Association in 2018 (a not-for-profit organization) that is designed to help local business owners grow and market their businesses.
Wesley is a family man, sports fanatic, fitness enthusiast and loves business and the markets.
