How often should I have my teeth cleaned?
There isn’t one schedule that’s right for everyone. Your recommended hygiene interval depends on factors such as gum health, cavity risk, home care, and medical history.
Why do I need dental X-rays if nothing hurts?
X-rays can reveal problems that aren’t visible during a clinical examination, including decay between teeth, bone changes, infections, and other concerns. They’re prescribed based on individual need rather than automatically at every visit.
Do I still need regular dental visits if I brush and floss every day?
Yes. Excellent home care is important, but professional examinations and hygiene visits can identify concerns that aren’t easy to detect at home and remove deposits that brushing and flossing cannot.

Not at all! At Nash Dental, we believe an exceptional dental experience shouldn’t come with a premium price tag. We follow the Ontario Dental Association (ODA) Fee Guide, just like most dental offices across Ontario.
